From Field to Can — Nothing Random - ¡Como va!

Our story

We’ve always been in love with Mexico—its people, its land, and above all, its flavors. That’s why we brought the most authentic taste with us, ready to pour and made to be shared. We’ve gone back and forth through tequila country—Tequila City, Arandas, and deep into the agave fields—searching for the ideal flavor. We worked side by side with a flavor chemist, running hundreds of lab trials to get the exact balance that taste to mexican sunsets. Crafted in Jalisco and delivered to Canada and the U.S., Tago is our way of telling a story: Real flavor is a secret. And we’re letting you in.

Our process

It all starts with the agave. We work with producers in Jalisco who grow Blue Weber agave in the traditional way—planted by hand, matured for 6 to 7 years under the Mexican sun, and harvested by skilled jimadores using a blade and instinct. Once the agave reaches peak maturity, it’s slow-cooked to release its sugars, then crushed and distilled into 100% Blue Agave tequila. No blends. No shortcuts.

But the process doesn’t stop there. Each recipe is tested and refined in collaboration with a flavor chemistry expert, balancing fruit, acidity, and carbonation until it meets our standard: clean, bold, and unapologetically drinkable. We fill each 355mL can in a controlled, cold-process environment to preserve flavor and freshness—nothing added that doesn’t need to be there. From field to can, every step is intentional. Because real flavor doesn’t happen by accident.
